ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ- ΠΡΟΣΚΛΗΣΗ
Ο ΠΡΟΕΔΡΟΣ ΤΟΥ ΠΕΡΙΦΕΡΕΙΑΚΟΥ ΣΥΜΒΟΥΛΙΟΥ
Ανακοινώνει και Προσκαλεί
Έχοντας υπόψη τις διατάξεις  του άρθ. 19 του Ν. 4014/2011 (ΦΕΚ 209/Α΄) σε συνδυασμό με τις διατάξεις της ΚΥΑ 1649/45/2014 (ΦΕΚ 45/Β’), τους πολίτες ( κοινό, ενδιαφερόμενο κοινό) και φορείς εκπροσώπησής τους ( οικείο Δημοτικό Συμβούλιο, Δημοτική Επιτροπή Διαβούλευσης,  Ποιότητας Ζωής, Συμβούλιο Δημοτικής ή Τοπικής Κοινότητας ),  να λάβουν γνώση και να διατυπώσουν γραπτές απόψεις ( σύμφωνα με το έντυπο υπό στοιχεία Δ11, που περιλαμβάνεται στο παράρτημα Α της προαναφερόμενης ΚΥΑ) στα πλαίσια της έναρξης δημόσιας διαβούλευσης, επί του περιεχομένου του φακέλου  τροποποίηση Μελέτης Περιβαλλοντικών Επιπτώσεων (Μ.Π.Ε.)του έργου (Υποκατηγορία  Α2, ομάδα 7η)  « Επέκταση πτηνοτροφικής μονάδας δυναμικότητας από 9.000 σε 24.750 πατρογονικών πτηνών (165 Ι.Ζ.) με υδρογεώτρηση  στη θέση Τ.Λ. Νεγράδων, ΔΕ Καλπακίου Δήμου Πωγωνίου Π.Ε. Ιωαννίνων, Περιφέρειας Ηπείρου».
Φορέας πραγματοποίησης και λειτουργίας του έργου ή της δραστηριότητας είναι  η Δημητρίου Ουρανία.
    Ημερομηνία έναρξης της διαδικασίας δημοσιοποίησης ορίζεται η    9-08-2018 και ημερομηνία λήξης αυτής η    28 -09 -2018.
    Ημερομηνία έναρξης της προθεσμίας για την κατάθεση γραπτών απόψεων των πολιτών και των φορέων εκπροσώπησής τους ορίζεται η   11-08 -2018 και ημερομηνία  λήξης αυτής η  24 - 09 -2018.
    Αρμόδια Υπηρεσία της Αποκεντρωμένης Διοίκησης Ηπείρου –Δυτικής Μακεδονίας είναι η  Δ/νση  Περιβάλλοντος και Χωρικού Σχεδιασμού Ηπείρου .                                                   
    Αρμόδια Υπηρεσία της Περιφέρειας Ηπείρου για την παροχή πληροφοριών και στοιχείων καθώς και την παραλαβή των εγγράφων απόψεων και προτάσεων των πολιτών και φορέων είναι  το Περιφερειακό Συμβούλιο Ηπείρου (Πλατεία Πύρρου 1 –Ιωάννινα, γρ. 203), κατά τις εργάσιμες ημέρες και ώρες).
    Η παρούσα ανακοίνωση αναρτάται στην ιστοσελίδα της Περιφέρειας Ηπείρου, www. php.gov.gr/Ενημέρωση/ Νέα-Ανακοινώσεις/ Ανακοινώσεις.
Η παρούσα Ανακοίνωση-Πρόσκληση να δημοσιευθεί στην εφημερίδα « ΝΕΟΙ ΑΓΩΝΕΣ» την  11-08- 2018.
