ΔΗΜΟΠΡΑΤΗΘΗΚΕ Η ΕΠΑΝΑΧΡΗΣΗ ΤΟΥ ΑΡΡΕΝΑΓΩΓΕΙΟΥ-ΠΑΡΘΕΝΑΓΩΓΕΙΟΥ ΔΕΛΒΙΝΑΚΙΟΥ - ΘΑ ΓΙΝΕΙ ΠΟΛΥΧΩΡΟΣ ΓΝΩΣΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΠΟΛΙΤΙΣΜΟΥ

ΔΗΜΟΠΡΑΤΗΘΗΚΕ Η ΕΠΑΝΑΧΡΗΣΗ ΤΟΥ ΑΡΡΕΝΑΓΩΓΕΙΟΥ-ΠΑΡΘΕΝΑΓΩΓΕΙΟΥ ΔΕΛΒΙΝΑΚΙΟΥ - ΘΑ ΓΙΝΕΙ ΠΟΛΥΧΩΡΟΣ ΓΝΩΣΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΠΟΛΙΤΙΣΜΟΥ

Ένα σύγχρονο πολυχώρο γνώσης και πολιτισμού θα αποκτήσει ο Δήμος Πωγωνίου αφού δημοπρατήθηκε η «Επανάχρηση Δημοτικού Κτηρίου πρώην Αρρεναγωγείου – Παρθεναγωγείου για πολυχώρο παροχής γνώσεων και πολιτισμού» στην ακριτική Κοινότητα Δελβινακίου, ένα σημαντικό έργο για ολόκληρη την περιοχή.

Με την ολοκλήρωση του έργου, το όμορφο πέτρινο κτίριο θα μετατραπεί σε εκπαιδευτικό & πολιτιστικό ίδρυμα, μία κοιτίδα γνώσης και πολιτισμού, που θα συνδυαστεί αρμονικά με την επιβλητικότητα και την "αυστηρή" συμμετρία του διατηρητέου αυτού μνημείου που βρίσκεται σε μικρή απόσταση από την κεντρική πλατεία Δελβινακίου.

Στον χώρο θα λειτουργούν δανειστική Βιβλιοθήκη, χώροι διαλέξεων, σεμιναρίων και εκπαίδευσης,  εκθεσιακοί χώροι λαϊκού πολιτισμού κ.α. καθώς και κυλικείο - αναψυκτήριο. Παράλληλα, θα δημιουργηθεί εκθετήριο ενώ στον κτίριο θα φιλοξενηθούν και διακρατικές δράσεις και συναντήσεις. Στους χώρους του κτιρίου θα μπορούν να έχουν πρόσβαση οι πολιτιστικοί σύλλογοι της περιοχής και οι Αδελφότητες.

Το ιστορικό αυτό κτίριο είναι κτισμένο το 1875 με κάτοψη σε σχήμα "Ε", η οποία συμβόλιζε τη λέξη "Ελευθερία" και αποτελεί ένα από τα πιο σημαντικά κτίρια - δείγμα Ηπειρώτικης Αρχιτεκτονικής.

Ο προϋπολογισμός δημοπράτησης του έργου ανέρχεται σε  1.265.602,00 και χρηματοδοτείται από το Επιχειρησιακό Πρόγραμμα «Ανταγωνιστικότητα Επιχειρηματικότητα και Καινοτομία 2014-20201 με ποσό 1.150.000,00€,  ενώ το υπόλοιπο ποσό 115.602,00€ χρηματοδοτείται από ιδίους πόρους του Δήμου Πωγωνίου.
