ΠΕΡΙΛΗΨΗ ΔΙΑΚΗΡΥΞΗΣ ΔΗΜΟΠΡΑΣΙΑΣ

Ο Δήμος Πωγωνίου προκηρύσσει Ηλεκτρονική Ανοιχτή Διαδικασία (Ανοικτό μειοδοτικό διαγωνισμό με κριτήριο κατακύρωσης τη συμφερότερη προσφορά) για την ανάδειξη αναδόχου εκτέλεσης της εργασίας: «Δαπάνες Αποκομιδής απορριμμάτων» Δήμου Πωγωνίου.
Ο διαγωνισμός θα πραγματοποιηθεί με χρήση της πλατφόρμας του Εθνικού Συστήματος Ηλεκτρονικών Δημοσίων Συμβάσεων (ΕΣΗΔΗΣ) μέσω της διαδικτυακής πύλης www.promitheus.gov.gr
Ημερομηνία έναρξης υποβολής προσφορών: 28/5/2021.
Καταληκτική ημερομηνία υποβολής προσφορών: 5/7/2021 , Ημέρα: Δευτέρα και ώρα: 09:00 .
Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η ανάθεση της αποκομιδής, μεταφοράς και διάθεσης των απορριμμάτων όλων των Δημοτικών Ενοτήτων του Δήμου Πωγωνίου σε χώρο νόμιμης διάθεσης ή επεξεργασίας στερεών αστικών απορριμμάτων καθώς και πλύσιμο των κάδων συγκέντρωσής τους, με ευθύνη και δαπάνες του αναδόχου, σύμφωνα με τις κείμενες διατάξεις.
Στη δημοπρασία γίνονται δεκτοί Ελληνικοί και Αλλοδαποί οικονομικοί φορείς (επιχειρήσεις) παροχής των ζητούμενων υπηρεσιών (φυσικά ή νομικά πρόσωπα), οι οποίοι είτε αυτοτελώς είτε εν συμπράξει θα πρέπει να διαθέτουν την απαιτούμενη εμπειρία, την τεχνογνωσία και την ικανότητα προκειμένου να παρέχουν τις ζητούμενες υπηρεσίες με αποτελεσματικότητα και αξιοπιστία, ώστε να είναι δυνατή η αποκομιδή από όλα ανεξαιρέτως τα σημεία, όπως αυτά θα υποδειχθούν από τους υπεύθυνους του Δήμου.
Ως διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται το χρονικό διάστημα (2) δύο ετών από την υπογραφή της. Ο προϋπολογισμός της σύμβασης ανέρχεται σε 365.092,26 € ( συμπεριλαμβανομένου του Φ.Π.Α.) και θα καλυφθεί από πόρους του Δήμου Πωγωνίου.
Για τη συμμετοχή στο διαγωνισμό απαιτείται η κατάθεση εγγύησης συμμετοχής ποσού 5888,58€ διάρκειας ισχύος τουλάχιστον έξι (7) μηνών.
Δε θα γίνονται δεκτές εναλλακτικές προσφορές, ούτε προσφορές για μέρος του αντικειμένου της σύμβασης υπηρεσιών.
Οι προσφορές θα ισχύουν για έξι (6) μήνες μετά από την καταληκτική ημερομηνία υποβολής προσφορών.
